About the Role:
In this strategic leadership position, you'll drive the launch and expansion of a new business line in Brazil, with a focus on innovative payment solutions.
As the go-to-market leader, you will collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to shape and implement the go-to-market strategy.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs in a dynamic, competitive market and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to developing partnerships and engaging directly with clients.
You will have the opportunity to build and grow this business from the ground up, working closely with global counterparts to ensure success in Brazil.
What You'll Do:
Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for the new business line in Brazil
Organize the current GTM communications (online and offline), and accelerate sales through omnichannel and field sales campaigns
Collaborate with product teams to ensure essential product features are developed and align with market needs
Drive partnerships to test products and gather market feedback
Visit clients, acquire new merchants and gather insights to share with global product teams
Create a performance tracking dashboard to measure the success of campaigns and strategies
Reposition current offers to ensure they align with the needs of Brazilian merchants
You'll Be Great for This Role If You Have:
Proven experience in stakeholder management and business acumen
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously
Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Experience in POS, payments, or related industries
Demonstrated leadership, especially in entrepreneurial or corporate entrepreneurship contexts
Background in business development and sales
Creativity and analytical thinking to adapt to a dynamic, competitive market
Bonus If You Have:
Experience as a founder or co-founder in a business
In-depth understanding of the payments industry, particularly in Brazil
Hands-on experience with product launches or go-to-market strategies in fintech or related fields
