**Position Description**:
The Head of HR Brazil is responsible for the creation and deployment of the portfolio of HR work within the country in support of sector/function goals.
The Head of HR Brazil will actively support their business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective businesses as well as ensure end-to-end Supply Chain teams in Brazil are fully integrated into all people/talent actions.
The Head of HR Brazil will directly report to the Latam Regional Head of HR, aligned with HR, business, Supply Chain, and shared services strategies.
This role will ensure the integration of HR priorities into business plans and evaluate the appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps).
He/she will also oversee ensuring connection with Labor relations teams to measure the impact all people-related decisions will have in our Brazil-based plants and Supply chain teams.
The Head of HR Brazil will lead and partner with business, supply chain, and other HR leaders to recommend a strategy that anticipates and addresses future changes in business conditions.
The role will find innovative ways to use existing solutions and pull through resources available to meet business (client group) needs and develop People Leader Capability by leveraging available resources and interventions.
The role will also serve as a liaison ensuring full alignment of HR teams supporting the Sales, Marketing, Support Functions, and Supply Chain, leveraging talent and resources synergies.
The role will identify the talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis and develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership.
This task will grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within the country/cluster.
The Head of HR Brazil will develop a trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact.
The role will serve as advisory support in Disciplinary Cases, People Experience situations, Change Management, Retention and Engagement, Talent Acquisition partnership, and other HR business needs as appropriate.
This position will require 10% travel.
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:
- 10+ years professional experience, including managerial experience coaching and leading talent.
- At least 7 years of progressive HR or HR related experience required
- Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change.
- Experience working with HR and employment issues in Brazil including management (even if not directly) of Union relations and negotiations
- Understanding of Collective Union agreements and their impacts in people related decisions, and vice versa.
- Advanced knowledge of English and good understanding of Spanish language
- Strong verbal and written communication, planning, and efficiency
- Strong Analytical skill to analyze metrics results and propose solutions / improvements.
**Preferred Competencies**:
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with the Brazil market.
- Previous experience as Industrial/production sites HR.
