At APP, you'll be part of a team that values integrity, environmental stewardship, and continuous development.We're looking for a Head of Implementation in Soil Preparation & Fertilization to join our team and drive the implementation of mechanization projects in our forest area in Perawang, Riau, Indonesia.What You'll Do:Lead Projects: Manage soil preparation and fertilization operations, from pilots to scaling across regions.Plan & Execute: Align with planning teams, review Work Instructions, oversee training, and manage KPIs.Support Teams: Build strong relationships and guide teams to use resources effectively.Monitor Progress: Track performance and ensure projects meet goals, deadlines, and budgets.What We're Looking For:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in forestry operations or operational development.Language Skills: Must be fluency in English for effective communication.Technical Acumen: Proven ability to manage large-scale mechanization projects and drive operational improvements.Problem Solver: A proactive approach to addressing challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.About Perawang, Riau, Indonesia:This role is based in Perawang, Riau, Indonesia—a region vital to the forestry industry .
