Experience as People Manager, including Performance Improvement planning, Attrition Management, Terminations, etc.
Experience with Financials, Budget management.
Technical expertise /IT industry background.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to multitask.
Problem Solving Oriented.
