Head of Key AccountsLocation: BrasilCompany: Sungrow HydrogenReport line: report to SUNGROW Hydrogen Head of Marketing and SalesLocation: Latin America, could travel as needed.Company Induction:Sungrow Hydrogen specializes in water electrolysis technology for hydrogen production. Its main products include ALK water electrolyzer, PEM water electrolyzer, PWM hydrogen production power supply, gas-liquid separation equipment, hydrogen purification equipment, and intelligent hydrogen management system. Sungrow Hydrogen is committed to providing efficient, intelligent, safe flexible green hydrogen production system solutions.Main responsibilities:Accomplish revenue, margin, and account receivable targets set annually.Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnerships.Work with major utilities, owners, developers, EPC, and O&M customers to drive business.Perform business development for potential market segments or new markets.Develop product marketing strategy and establish long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts.Close deals and achieve sales targets and KPIs.Periodically visit key customers and establish project order contacts with leading contractors in the hydrogen-related industry.Assist in enhancing brand recognition by participating in trade shows and public functions.Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trends, product standards, and competitor information.Work closely with the technical team to fulfill customer requests and communicate with HQ.Perform other assigned tasks as required.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' sales experience and 2 years' direct sales experience in the PV or Wind energy related business.Familiarity with the renewable energy industry in Latin America and understanding of business culture in this area.A wide network with key players in the renewable energy industry is preferred.Strong ability to build customer relationships quickly is preferred.Professional experience in dealing with international business.Good teamwork and strong team coordination ability.Public speaking skills are a plus.Excellent communication skills and a team player.Self-starter and continuous learner.Strong passion for the hydrogen industry.This position will require around 30% travel.
