The company has built a leading 20MW water electrolysis hydrogen production empirical base, a product research center, a key materials research center, a Hydrogen Research Institute in Germany, and the world's leading hydrogen production equipment manufacturing plant, with a capacity of 3GW.Main responsibilities:As a key member of sales organization to accomplish the revenue, margin and account receivable target set on annual basis.
The candidate will need to manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnership.
The candidate will work with all major utilities, owner, developer, EPC, O&M customers to drive the business.
The candidate will perform in business development role for potential market segment or new market.
The candidate will also need to perform the following:Help to develop product marketing strategy and establish a long-term strategic partnership with key accountHave strong sales ability to close deal and achieve the sales target and KPIPeriodically visit key customers,and have project order contacts with leading contractors (big scale) in Hydrogen related industryHelp company to gain better brand recognition by assisting trade shows and other public functions;Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor's information etc.The candidate will work closely with technical team to fulfill customers' request and timely communicate with HQ;Other assigned tasks as required.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' sales experience and 2 years' direct sales experience in the PV or Wind energy related business.Familary with renewable energy industry in Latin America and have a good understanding of business culture in this area.Having a wide network with key players in renewable energy industry is perferred.Having strong ability to build up the customer's relationship quickly is perferred.Professional in dealing with international business.Good teamwork and strong team coordination ability.Public speaking skills is a plusExcellent communication skills and team playerSelf-starter and continuous learnerStrong passion about hydrogen industryThis position will require around 30% of travel
