We're seeking a hands-on leader to take full ownership of marketing and operations to drive the next phase of our growth. Position Overview We're looking for an entrepreneurial professional who combines strong digital marketing expertise with solid operational management skills. The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own, managing everything from strategic growth initiatives to day-to-day operations, while maintaining our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive sustainable growth. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and sales channels. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Lead product development initiatives based on market research and customer feedback. Digital Marketing & Sales Direct multi-channel marketing strategies across various platforms. Optimize digital advertising spend and ROI. Oversee content strategy and brand positioning. Manage relationships with marketplaces and sales platforms. Drive international market expansion. Operations & Administration Oversee all aspects of daily business operations. Manage international supply chain and inventory logistics. Ensure compliance with regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Handle legal and administrative requirements for cross-border trade. Supervise and optimize fulfillment operations. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty team. Foster a positive company culture. Make strategic hiring decisions. Develop and implement team KPIs and performance metrics. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or internet marketing Proven track record of driving business growth through digital channels. Strong understanding of international ecommerce operations and regulations. Experience managing multi-channel sales (Amazon, direct-to-consumer, retail). Financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibility. Excellence in team leadership and development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the pet industry or consumer goods. Direct response copywriting skills Background in marketplace optimization (Amazon, Chewy, etc.). International business experience. Understanding of supply chain management. Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
