About The Job
Dadosfera, a leader in Data & AI Platform Solutions, is seeking a talented professional to lead the Marketing, Communication, and Events department.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative marketing strategies, effective communication, and organizing impactful events, while inspiring teams and building strong connections with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's products and services, enhance brand awareness, and generate qualified leads.
Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, webinars, and other client, partner, and stakeholder initiatives.
Manage the creation of content for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, the company website, social media, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Analyze performance metrics for marketing and events to assess ROI and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments.
Supervise and mentor the marketing team, setting goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading a marketing team, preferably in technology companies or startups.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging messages.
Expertise in digital marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation).
Experience in organizing and executing corporate events, from planning to evaluation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset, with project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communication, or event management.
Experience in marketing for technology or B2B companies.
Knowledge of marketing analysis and automation tools.
Network of contacts in the technology or events industry.
