**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in general management in banks, financial or payments institutions.- Ability to communicate in in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with technology initiatives involving banks, payment platforms, and retail.- Experience working in physical retail, online commerce, or small/medium businesses.- Experience having built and grown products or solutions from the ground up.- Experience working with global partners or consortiums building joint solutions.- Understanding of complex partner and regulatory requirements at a business level.

The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more.
Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive cross-functional engagement with teams including Strategy, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations in order to deliver on key product area objectives.
- Ensure that partners are mobilizing around actual deployments/implementations and once live, engage with partners to optimize implementations and drive growth.
- Develop and manage direct relationships and drive executive-level engagement with key partners across payment and digital wallet ecosystems on core Google payments initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to establish our strategy and execution for specific product verticals, including the development of Go To Market documentation in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Develop, negotiate and execute term sheets and contracts with partners, often under time pressure Identify and maintain pipelines and tracking documents, communicate key updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
