**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Strategy**:
- Lead and oversee the Payment Operations, Verification, and Risk teams, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive payment processing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
**Risk Management & Fraud Prevention**:
- Continuously enhance risk management and fraud prevention measures to safeguard the company's financial interests.
- Analyze potential risks associated with payment operations and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
**Process Optimization & Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payment processes, improve user experience, and minimize payment-related issues.
- Monitor payment trends, industry regulations, and emerging technologies to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.
**Stakeholder & Partner Management**:
- Manage relationships with payment partners, processors, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient payment operations.
**Verification Process Management**:
- Oversee the development and execution of user account and transaction verification processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.
**Regulatory Compliance**:
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.
**Reporting**:
- Prepare and present regular reports on payment operations, verification, and risk management to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven experience** in payment operations, risk management, and PSP leadership, preferably within the fintech, gaming, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong knowledge of **payment processing systems**, risk and fraud prevention strategies, and relevant industry regulations.
- Experience managing relationships with **payment providers**, processors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to **mentor and develop** a high-performing team.
- Strong **analytical** and **problem-solving** skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with **compliance** requirements and a strong understanding of industry regulations.
