**Roles Expectations**:
**General**:

- Manage a department composed of the Delivery, Product, and Design teams.
- Work closely with directors and executives, ensuring a solid connection between ArcTouch's broad initiatives and department needs.
- Synthesis and execution of broad executive directives and inititiatives.
- Collaborate on the department's strategy and own its execution.
- Be responsible for measuring, tracking, and maintaining a world-class level of client satisfaction as measured by NPS.
- Partner with heads of other departments to ensure project teams operate cohesively and with a laser focus on the client needs.
- Grow the department according to the business needs working in close partnership with the PeopleOps team on the People Development and Talent Acquisition front.
**Business Development and Sales Assistance**:

- Join or occasionally lead business development and sales calls, being able to speak confidently about ArcTouch capabilities.
- Collaborate and occasionally lead estimates and proposals, ensuring expectations alignment with Sales and Senior Leadership teams.
- Partner with other stakeholders to identify major tech/product trends within inbound leads that align with company goals to feed into the business strategies.
- Interface directly with key client stakeholders as both an escalation point and as the ultimate owner of client success

**Resource Management**:

- Collaborate with the resource management team and other department heads, ensuring a holistic and pragmatic view to building the best team for client engagements.
- Work closely with Account Managers, other Heads of Departments, and Managers to ensure the teams deliver the highest quality work to the clients.
- Be accountable for their department utilization and staff availability, aligning priorities with executives, PeopleOps, and resource management.
**People Management Responsibilities**:

- Manage a multidisciplinary team of Managers, being co-responsible for their work and results.
- Be responsible for the department Manager's career journey.
- Be a role model and inspiration regarding the company culture and values, and ensure the department Managers and their direct reports alignment.
- Ensure the company programs are well executed by the Managers under their structure, providing an environment of growth and opportunities for their people.
- Consolidate information regarding individuals' performance with the department Managers and make decisions regarding promotions and raises, as well as performance improvement plans.
- Act as a genuinely inclusive leader, creating a safe environment and ensuring the department staff feels heard and comfortable sharing their thoughts, challenging ideas, and being themselves.
- Work with the Managers and People Ops, gathering inputs and information to drive and improve the recruitment process.
Help build ArcTouch external image by focusing on talent attraction and engaging the department on employer branding activities.
