Responsibilities and assignments
What you will do:
Develop, establish, and maintain the Quality Management System
Recommend improvement actions and ensure their follow-up with a focus on customer satisfaction, internal audit, the company's strategic planning, and market trends Implement ISO quality certifications
Establish appropriate indicators aligned with the objectives and goals of the sector
Critically analyze the indicators and their causes to outline necessary actions for process improvement
Develop a database to communicate quality metrics to all employees
Support other teams in the company to ensure the implementation of continuous improvement (PDCA) and process automation
Identify major bottlenecks in the company's processes to create documents and training programs for employees
Interact with area managers regarding the definition of training
Supervise area activities, distribute tasks as needed, guide the team, and solve operational problems
Contribute to the team's development through 1:1s, Feedback, Performance Evaluations, Individual Development Plans, and Feedback
Requirements and qualifications
