In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a dynamic sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the HR industry, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on expanding the client base and maximizing revenue opportunities. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance metrics and providing ongoing support and guidance. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Drive accountability within the sales team, measure performance against targets, and regularly report on sales progress to the executive team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to meeting client needs. Forecasting and Budgeting: Manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accurate revenue predictions and resource allocation. Sales Tools Implementation: Leverage sales technology and tools to optimize team performance and improve operational efficiency. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the HR industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of HR solutions and services. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve excellence. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable). Must be willing to undergo background, reference, and education checks. Must be willing to work in the USA time zone or other assigned time zones.
