Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead the sales team by example, actively engaging in sales activities and driving revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on service-related companies.
Experience at Amazon or similar industry leaders is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel for tradeshows/fairs
Fluency in English. Fluency in German is a plus but not required.

Pay: R$160.00 - R$214.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
