Job Title: Head of sales Location: Brazil (Santa Maria/RS or São José/SC) Candidates must be based near our offices in Brazil.
Job Summary : We are looking for a talented, results-driven, and energetic leader to join our team as the Sales Manager.
This role is essential for meeting increasing market demand and supporting our expansion.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern SaaS sales tactics, a passion for healthcare solutions, and a proven track record in leading sales teams in a rapidly evolving industry.
You will report and collaborate closely with the leadership team on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities : • Achieve company objectives by planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and forecasting results.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure accurate pipeline management and KPI achievement.
• Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives as the team scales, while monitoring their performance to ensure success.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and reach new territories.
• Engage with potential clients to build long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Own all sales data and metrics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting.
• Design and optimize our outbound go-to-market strategy using best-in-class processes and tools.
Qualifications: Essential : • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SaaS sales teams effectively.
• Experience in the healthcare or radiology industry is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proven success across the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a history of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
• Experience building a modern sales machine, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, pre-sales techniques, and sales enablement resources.
Personal Characteristics : • Proactive, optimistic, and solutions-driven approach, with a pragmatic mindset.
• Strong team player with demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
