This is a full-time Work-from-home role for an individual with a strong background in the American / International Baccalaureate / British / National curriculum. As the Head of School, you will oversee the strategic direction, academic leadership, and operational management of International Schooling®, ensuring educational excellence and innovation in online schooling.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring a positive atmosphere in school.Maintaining a collaborative professional relationship with teachers, administrative staff, and the school management.Taking initiative, and maintaining strong communication with the students and their parents.Committed to school enhancement and growth by striving for excellence, innovation, and accommodating feedback.Provide strategic and academic leadership across all educational programs.Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance.Oversee student performance, assessments, and academic outcomes.Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.QualificationsProven leadership experience in school educational settings with the American / International Baccalaureate / British / National curriculum.Understanding of online education and teaching modalities.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Prior experience in faculty management and academic program development.Eligibility RequirementsOpen to Travel every quarter: Singapore, Florida, USA, Dubai, and Munich, Germany.Candidate must meet the qualification requirements prescribed as per their respective countries.A Master's or Doctorate degree.How to ApplyIf you have the required experience and leadership skills to guide our school to new heights, we'd love to hear from you!
