Head Of Technical

We're looking for a Head of Technical to lead our paper Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D) initiatives at in Karawang, Indonesia which is part of one of the world's leading producers of pulp and paper, What You'll Do: Oversee Quality Systems: Manage QC operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and systems. Drive Innovation: Lead product development efforts and collaborate on new product ideas. Customer Support: Oversee customer service processes, ensuring satisfaction through technical support and quality assurance. Resource Management: Handle budgets, monitor projects, and drive operational efficiency. Inspire Teams: Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across departments. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or product development. Industry Experience: At least 20 years in QC and R&D, with 10 years in managerial roles. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in quality systems, customer service, and product development. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and oversee complex projects. Language Skills: Must be fluent in English for effective communication. About the Role's Location – Karawang, Indonesia: This role is based at our chemical plant in Karawang, Indonesia.
