Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 13 years of experience with executing consumer marketing and promotional campaigns, including multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets
- Experience in project management
- Ability to speak and write in English, Portuguese, or Spanish fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the technology sector
- Experience managing third-party agencies and sponsors
- Experience leading events and working with marketing, media, or creative industries
- Ability to manage complex budgets and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams while being adept at influencing strategy and investment with insights and data
- Passion for creators and creator experiences with an ability to utilize insights and data to drive action that improves the customer experience and drives habit

**Responsibilities**:
- Guide pan-regional creator marketing programs and scale global marketing campaigns across the region.
- Manage external production agency relationships.
- Be a brand steward for YouTube, an expert on the creator ecosystem and its needs, and guide and support local marketing teams while working cross-functionally with YouTube Partnerships, Sales, PR, and Product to understand organizational priorities and drive the highest return marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualize, structure and deliver Creator Marketing campaigns and events (i.e., from concept to pilot and scaling up), and establish close working relationships with YouTube Creators in LATAM regional markets, and globally.
- Synthesize Creator trends, behaviors, and needs into insightful reports and presentations that are actionable to design and implement quantitative and qualitative studies to measure success of projects and initiatives.
