Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for an Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) and HEOR Modelling Specialist, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The EBM and Modelling Specialist shall guarantee the highest quality and guideline's compliance in all deliverables developed by the Center of Excellence (CoE) for J&J's Portfolio. The specialist should have good communication skills to transfer knowledge of each CoE deliverable to local teams (including field teams). Besides, He/She must have a strong background in epidemiology and desirable background in health economics. He/She should also have strategic thinking, project management and teamworking skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and update literature reviews.
- Assess quality of evidence (critical appraisal) by GRADE and other similar tools.
- Propose additional analysis based on clinical data to reinforce the value proposition.
- Support peers to fill data gaps from the economic models in the scientific literature.
- Executes a plan for improving the quantity and quality of literature reviews activities.
- Prepare presentations and documentation to demonstrate the benefits of covering the company's products based on the clinical evidence available.
- Propose additional analysis based on clinical data to reinforce the value proposition.
- Support peers to fill data gaps from the economic models in the scientific literature.
- Executes a plan for improving the quantity and quality of literature reviews activities.
- Adapts/develops economic models (cost-effectiveness and budget impact).
- Plans and develop Health Economic tools and publications to facilitate value communication and ensure optimum market access.
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: Physician, Pharmacist, Economist or health related areas.
- Master's or Diploma in Epidemiology, Health Economics or health related areas.
- HTA training (preferred)
- At least two years of experience doing literature reviews.
- Network meta-analysis skills
- Health Economics skills.
- Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) software skills
- Teamwork capabilities
- Articles, posters or abstracts publications of Health economics (preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Project management capabilities
- Communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinker
- Capacity to translate information into valuable insights
- Intermediate - Advanced level of English
