Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with 3-5 years in IT operations and system administration to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage and maintain our technological infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability of computer systems, networks, servers, and applications.
This role requires a problem-solver who can efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintaining smooth operations and addressing user needs with timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including network, server, and application management.
Monitor system performance and availability, implementing solutions to optimize uptime and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, networks, and software applications, applying systematic and analytical approaches.
Ensure security compliance by managing permissions and user access across various systems.
Provide end-user support, addressing technical concerns to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and improve system workflows.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years in system administration or IT operations, ideally within an IT solutions/services company.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in server and network administration (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory etc.).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with system security measures and IT compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
