Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, networks, and software applications, applying systematic and analytical approaches.
Ensure security compliance by managing permissions and user access across various systems.
Provide end-user support, addressing technical concerns to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and improve system workflows.
Qualifications:
Experience:3-5 years in system administration or IT operations, ideally within an IT solutions/services company.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in server and network administration (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory etc.).
Soft Skills:Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.
