Apex Acquisition, a fast-growing advertising agency servicing Financial Advisory Firms, is on the hunt for a brilliant Head of Marketing / Performance Marketer to join our team of A-players.
What will you do?
- Manage $10-15k+/day in ad spend across all campaigns - Lead the development of ideas and angles (you must be a strong copywriter) - Collaborate and lead team members to produce the best results possible.
You'll be the mastermind behind our biggest campaigns, ensuring we continue to revolutionize the way financial advisors acquire clients across the country.
The campaigns you create in this role will be directly responsible for moving $100B in assets to a safer place (we've already moved over $1B!)
Aside from a competitive base salary, we also provide significant bonus / commission potential.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in direct response marketing and media buying.
Proven track record managing at least $3,000/day or more in ad spend.
Deep understanding of buyer psychology and product-market fit.
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize and scale complex campaigns.
High-level copywriting skills and experience providing constructive feedback.
Experience managing and leading a team of high-level professionals.
Ability to innovate and develop efficient marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities: Media Buying & Optimization: Manage $10-15k/day in ad spend, make critical ad account decisions, and translate performance data into actionable plans.
Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze campaign data, identify bottlenecks, and create game plans to solve them autonomously.
Content & Copywriting: Conduct split testing, measure results, and provide high-level copywriting and feedback.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, aligning them with our vision and encouraging extreme ownership.
Process Innovation: Innovate our processes, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and hold team members accountable to deadlines.
Compensation: Competitive base salary based on experience and logistics.
Performance-based commissions and bonuses.
Total on-track earnings between $120,000 to $185,000 per year.
Uncapped earning potential with significant performance incentives.
