We are funded by some of gaming's best investors including Dune Ventures, POW Interactive, Makers Fund, and a16z.What You Will DoEnsuring that our experiences are high quality, setting us apart from our competitionCreate and execute comprehensive test plans ensuring everything is functioning correctlyWriting clear and concise bug reports and providing all relevant supporting information such as screenshots, videos, and game logsWorking with various departments to gain a full understanding of all systems and game mechanics used in QA environmentsCommunicating with other QA Team members during multiplayer tests to ensure nothing is missedResponsibilitiesTesting games and applications across various devices, quickly learning and retaining the knowledge of eachFinding, reproducing, and reporting issues in detailed bug reportsExamining and reproducing existing issuesProviding clear and concise critical analysis and feedback when requestedLearning about and adhering to our internal systems, software, and processesLiaising with other team members to better our processes and create a more efficient workflowRequirements2-3+ years of experience working as a QA tester / QA professionalAn interest in and understanding of the video game industry, particularly UGC games such as RobloxGood standard of written and spoken EnglishExcellent attention to detailThe ability to concisely present complex information via bug reportsAbility to become quickly accustomed to our processes and proceduresThe ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to deadlinesThe ability to remain focused when approaching repetitive tasksAbility to work and communicate effectively with people at all levelsAbility to be flexible and adaptable during critical periods, extending and adjusting work schedule as necessaryBonus RequirementsPlease note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.Extensive knowledge of the Roblox platformPrevious experience using Roblox StudioAdditional InformationCandidates must be 18 years of age or above40 hours a week; some flexibility is required during critical periodsRemote working (Work from home); stable internet connection is requiredCompensationThe compensation offered is based on experience and location and will include salary and the possibility of equity after time with us.
