Prospecting/Explore new markets & segments.Discover customer needs. Structure and present technical and commercial solutions.Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction. Facilitate Issue resolution.Act as an advocate for customers, conveying their customer-specific needs to ensure proper alignment and prioritization of resources.Identify and provide input for market trends and articulate the customer's needs perspective for product & service improvement purposes.Collaborate and actively communicate with Operations, Development & Engineering, and Global Supply teams to identify strategic solutions for complex issues.Enhance/build Husky reputation.Prospecting, Discovery, Opportunity Identification, Solutioning, Proposal, Closing.Key Success Metrics:Actively manage your market and provide consistent and clear communication.Turn challenges and hurdles into opportunities. Create solutions to problems to keep business and customers satisfied and growing our share of the market.Meet/exceed growth plan commitments and achieve established targets for the year.Provide accurate forecasting of the business pipeline.Work well with coworkers and Husky team members.Job Related Competencies:Effectively selling to all levels, from shop floor to CEO.Troubleshooting/problem solving/creativity.Time management/organizational skills.A comprehensive understanding of the Husky business and corporate philosophy.Embrace and promote Husky's core values.Very strong business and financial acumen.Excellent negotiating and selling abilities.Excellent knowledge of Husky products and customer part cost model.Promotes Husky products based on customer and shareholder value.Strong relationship and interpersonal skills, inspires others to outperform, and has the ability to influence others that are not within his/her direct report.Strong understanding of local cultures.Global or regional travel may be required with the understanding and open-mindedness to different cultures.Excellent leadership skills to identify people's strengths and weaknesses.Excellent knowledge of customer business model.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Education and Qualifications:At least five years of work experience, ideally in the plastics injection molding industry.Sound understanding of injection molding, products, and market.Strong business acumen, including competency in both Microsoft Office and CRM software.Marketing and financial background.Language:Required: Fluent in Portuguese and English, and advanced level of Spanish.Related Experience:In-depth experience of injection molding, hot runners, controllers.Working Conditions/Physical Demands:Any work-related stress situations that may be faced in the job, e.g., exposure to factors inherent in work processes and/or environment such as deadlines/time pressures faced disruption to workflow, temperature extremes, noisy environments, and emotionally-charged situations.The degree of physical effort required to perform the job activities, e.g., sitting or standing in a fixed position, bending, lifting, carrying, or climbing.Sensory attention requirements, e.g., the degree of focused visual and auditory concentration necessary, can also produce fatigue and are covered below.Working Conditions:Travel required, approximately 75% (50% outside of SP state).Working within a Manufacturing and Production environment.Home office when not on the road visiting customers.Physical Demands:Ability to drive for long distances.Fly on long flights.Wear PPE when required.Husky Technologies TM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
