Explore limitless opportunities across 5000 hotels in over 100 countries.As our next Receptionist, you…Are the 'face of Ibis Cambridge Central Station', extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.Are a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.Your missions will be:Welcome the guests and ensure that the service is handled very wellDeliver excellent service to our customers and ensure the quality of service is achieved.Ensure the working areas are cleanHandle any guest complaints and/or remarks and provide a response as soon as possibleCheck guests in and out of the hotelListen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided will win their loyalty to return to the hotel.Maintain an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotelBe passionate for the success of the hotelPay attention to detail and qualityBe willing to embrace changesQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Personality ESSENTIAL, Experience essential in ReceptionFast on your feet, quick to make friendsBig on Smiles, Massive on qualityIf this is YOU and you want more details then get in touch!We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible and we aim to respond within 5 days.If you are successful, you will be invited for an interview followed by a trial shift.A little more information:To help you navigate your role, and support your success, you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team of 40 talents.
Our hotel offers 231 rooms.To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you will need to be fluent in English.Understanding things from our guest's perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role, we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.Job Type: Full timePay: £12.20 per hourExpected hours: 39 per weekReady to discover more?
