Job Description
As a Junior HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of human resource initiatives.
Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Prepare orientation materials and assist in training sessions
Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources


HR Administration:

Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Support the management of HR policies and procedures


Performance Management:

Assist in tracking employee performance data and feedback


Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction


Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making
Prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, and other HR metrics



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Medium/Strong English communication skills are essential for this role
Previous experience in HR or Administrative roles (internships included)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
