Team Overview and Job responsibilities
Develop and manage activities related to HR, within the programs, policies and developments of the department. Together with the local Human Resources Management, act effectively to ensure continuous improvement and good service in the sub-process chain of People Management, Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Benefits and Labor Relations. Provide support to the leadership on Human Resources issues.
- Provide service and support to employees and managers, providing information and guidance for solution and decision making support.
- Act in the implementation of the Performance Evaluation process (training, support to managers, calibration discussions and compliance with the process schedule);
- Orchestrate internal and external training (mandatory or not), developing training content aligned with the departmental and/or individual training plans in line with the needs of the position and the Business.
- Carry out the recruitment and selection of personnel through the competency-based recruitment methodology.
- Develop and/or review the current benefits policies, ensuring maintenance (inclusions, changes, and exclusions), dissemination, and employee understanding. Monthly perform the effective control and analysis of expenses.
Who are we looking for?
- _ Higher Education - Psychology or Business Administration or related areas_
- _ Minimum of 4 years working directly with Human Resources processes_
- _ Consolidated skills in: communication, customer service, problem solving, data orientation._
- _ Languages: Intermediate English and above - desirable / Basic Spanish and above - desirable_
