Role Overview: As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with leaders to understand their business needs and provide tailored HR solutions. Talent Acquisition: Ensure the recruitment and onboarding process for both leadership and staff positions, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline. Employee Development: Support employee development through performance management, succession planning, and training initiatives. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognizing achievements, and addressing employee concerns. HR Operations: Collaborate with other HR areas to ensure efficient administration of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, training). Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Expat Management: Provide support to expatriates throughout their assignment, including visa processing, relocation, and cultural orientation. Internal Communications: Partner with the Communications team to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in a human resources business partner role. • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge. • Advance English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
