Who You Are You are a dynamic, people-oriented, and strategic HR professional with a deep understanding of technology teams, including engineering, software, sales, and product. You bring innovative, customized HR solutions to support these fast-growing teams. Reporting to the Director of People, you will work closely with technology leaders to execute the HR vision and contribute to scaling the company. What You Will Do Talent Management: Partner with leaders in engineering, software, sales, and product to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent. Hiring Process: Drive a scalable and efficient hiring process tailored to the needs of our technology teams, ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, fostering alignment with our mission and culture from day one. Employee Engagement: Implement surveys, analyze feedback, and develop actionable plans to enhance engagement and address any gaps. Rewards and Incentives: Partner with leadership to ensure competitive compensation and incentive structures that align with industry standards, and help retain top talent. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze employee data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that align with organizational objectives. Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations. Strategic HR Leadership: Work with senior leadership to define and implement HR strategies that align with company goals, ensuring smooth growth in technology teams. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters including counseling, conflict resolution, and career development discussions, maintaining a positive and professional approach. Internal Events: Plan and execute internal events that foster team building, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture for technology teams. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review programs tailored to technology roles, ensuring alignment with team and company goals. Training and Development: Support the design and implementation of training programs that enhance skills and capabilities for technology teams. Career Growth and Succession Planning: Collaborate with leadership to create career development paths and succession plans for high-potential employees. The Skills and Experience You Bring Passion for building a strong and engaging culture within technology teams. Previous experience in HR or People Operations with a focus on technology functions (engineering, software, sales, and product). Startup or high-growth company experience, with the ability to navigate complex and evolving environments. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance high-priority requests with long-term projects. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop actionable plans. Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Agile and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5 years of experience in HR functions, ideally in technology or engineering sectors. Proficiency in English is required (Spanish is a plus).
