**_hWoW LAM SPOC: _**keep policy updated, considering changes in legislation

**_PMO LAM SPOC: _**Monitor HR KPIs, prepare SLAM presentations

**Compensation SPOC**:all LAM employees

Benchmark
- Frequency: Every 3 months for regular functions
- General report to Local HR
- Report per supervisor/department
- Job matching (updating new hires, promotions and excluding terminated employees)
- Inflation update for the benchmark data (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico)
- 3 business days to answer special cases

Salary Survey
- Frequency: As needed
- Towers Watson Survey - all phases
- Lockton Benefits survey
- Other surveys (as per company request)
- GEEIS certification - providing compensation data

Legal Increase
- Frequency: During Union negotiations Argentina, Colombia and Brazil
- Update Salary Adjust Tool - simulating scenarios.

LAM Countries - PIMS x Payroll Audit
- Frequency: Monthly
- PIMS x Payroll Audit (salaries and mgnt codes)

Support
- Frequency: weekly 1x1
- Compensation SPOC for LAM (providing information and mentoring for our HRC - Rodrigo Brioschi, Bernadete Gomes HR SR Specialist Paloma Real)

Management Report
- Frequency: Every 3 months
- Compensation analysis: Supervisor, M1 / M2 / Department, Job Code, Job Band
- Headcount (same view as compensation)
- Attrition (company oficial formula + other needed view)
- Inflation
