JOB DESCRIPTIONWood is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator to be based out of our office in Macae, RJ. The role is responsible for coordinating, leading, and monitoring activities related to Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, International Mobility, Communication, and Inclusion & Diversity, aiming to improve processes and implement practices in the area. Support the development, planning, and execution of P&O strategies to be cascaded locally according to corporate guidelines.RESPONSIBILITIES• Execute and monitor the application of policies, practices, norms, and procedures related to P&O activities.• Update and monitor costs related to the department in accordance with the area budget, proposing improvements and savings.• Develop partnerships with leadership, providing guidance and advice on people management practices to support the delivery and execution of the business plan.• Offer support to the relevant P&O team in planning and delivering work activities in specific areas, according to the employee lifecycle.• Monitor the execution of the Training Plan, ensuring compliance with the required Training Matrix.• Ensure the execution of the new employee onboarding program for quick adaptation and integration with respective teams.• Promote Talent Management processes from recruitment, development, to retention of employees.• Develop strategies and metrics for effectiveness in the Recruitment and Selection process, proposing improvements for better internal client service and execution of the process with potential candidates.• Develop retention strategies, issuing information and proposing preventive actions to involved areas.• Process HR Service Requests through the Integrated System.• Analyze indicators and trends for Human Resources processes and propose improvement actions for the area.• Guide, manage, and monitor expatriation and repatriation processes for employees, ensuring legal alignment and support.• Propose, coordinate, and monitor People Development programs - PDI, Succession, Career Plans, and Employee Engagement or other HR-directed processes and projects.• Promote the development, planning, and implementation of the Compensation and Benefits policy in line with group-defined guidelines.• Monitor and analyze employee performance with leaders for promotions, salary increases, and/or internal transfers.• Maintain the remuneration methodology system updated and conduct salary surveys with contracted companies to keep the company attractive in the job market.• Support in the preparation of commercial proposals regarding labor information.• Propose, develop, and maintain updated performance indicators for the area, monitoring turnover, headcount, absenteeism, overtime, salary information, among others.• Stimulate and guide career planning and succession for active positions in the company, defining measures for evaluating individual competencies and developing training and development programs.• Support communication actions, events, and social responsibility, promoting organizational values and culture, and reinforcing the company's brand internally and externally.• Support and participate in emergency response activities.• Ensure attention and care for P&O practices regarding inclusion and diversity issues in the company.• Promote the Code of Conduct to ensure awareness and compliance among all employees, acting in investigations of deviations when necessary.QUALIFICATIONSDesired Education:Complete higher education in Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or similar fields.Desirable MBA in Human Resources Management or similar.Desired Experience:Desirable experience of 8 years in activities related to Human Resources and/or leadership in the People Management area.Technical Specifications:Desirable Advanced Office Suite skills.Desirable Advanced English proficiency.
