We are looking for an HR data Analyst to join our team and provide vital support to our HR processes.
In this role, you'll assist with managing HR operations, help colleagues solve system issues, and play a significant role in automating our HR workflows.
If you're proactive, enjoy working with analytics and systematization, and have strong communication skills, please send us your CV!Responsibilities Support HR processes in systems Zoho People and JIRA:Monitor statuses and make sure data is accurateFind and fix user errors in the systemsRegularly check and improve data qualityActively support HR users in the Americas region (North & South America):Help with HR tasks like hiring, terminations, transfers, salary changes, overtime, and leave managementAssist users with system issues and give them guidance when neededCreate and update documentation, user guides, and process improvements;Train and support HR users on how to use HR systems more efficiently;Take part in automating HR processes:Identify issues in existing automationsTest and verify the new automations after they're done;Work with HR and IT teams to ensure HR systems run smoothly and address any technical issues or improvements proactively.Qualifications Experience in a similar or technical role within HR or IT;Experience in HR support, including helping users with issues and solving problems is highly desirable;Understanding of how different systems share data and integrate with each other;Familiarity with JIRA and how it works "behind the scenes";Hands-on experience with HRM systems (like Zoho People or similar), and the ability to manage HR tasks using these systems is highly desirable;English proficiency - for communicating and supporting international teams;Solid understanding of HR processes like hiring, termination, transfers, overtime, leave, and salary changes;Ability to write clear and simple technical and user guides;A proactive attitude with a focus on helping colleagues and solving problems;Strong communication skills and a friendly and supportive attitude.#J-18808-Ljbffr
