As an HR Generalist, your main responsibilities will include: Being part of the Global HR HY Core Team, supporting all transactional processes of Global HR for Hydropower, as well as the Local HR teams whenever needed; Monitoring Global HY HR KPIs, conducting analyses, and developing monthly presentations and reports; Collaborating with all HR Hydropower teams worldwide regarding global HR policies, programs, and initiatives, as well as following up on global demands and required information; Consolidating nominations and managing global program participant polls; Supporting internal communications and employer branding actions; Assisting in global training sessions promoted by the HY HR Team; Supporting the implementation of global HY action plans related to #1ANDRITZway and Employee Engagement.
We hope that you have the following qualifications: Bachelor in human resources related fields (Admin, Psychology, HR etc); MBA/Master in Human Resources or Business Administration.
We are looking for candidates with the following technical skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of HR main processes; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Experience with People Analytics tools, such as Power BI; English (mandatory).
