After successfully launching in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Australia, Brazil and raising an additional $42 million in funding, we have recently launched Qlub in Sri Lanka as well.If you're looking for a great team with a challenging, innovative and energetic work environment, we invite you to join Qlub Team as **HR Generalist based in Sri Lanka.****What You Will Do**- Act as a primary point of contact for employees in the local office on various benefits, payroll, and other HR process and programs related questions,- Review and continually update HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with changing regulations and business needs,- Partner with global HR team members to support positive employee relations through effective communication, policies and practices,- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies,- Implement and manage administrative procedures,- Conduct New Hire Orientation and employee onboarding,- Coordinate company events for the local office,- Conduct entrance and exit interviews and identify trends and possible remedial actions,- Support and implement various Human Resource practices and processes,- Manage the employee-employer relation regarding relevant legislation and company procedures.**What We Are Looking For**- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field- Min 3 years of experience in Human Resources or similar work field- Ability to build relationships with and influence all levels of employees including leadership level of organization- Excellent command of English**What We Offer**- Work in a fast-paced, multinational startup environment with highly motivated colleague- A comprehensive private health insurance- Working with world-class talents- To be a part of a global success story!
