You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational services with focus on scaling, maintaining and innovating on our current systems and processes.This is a great opportunity for a HR professional keen to develop their career in an environment where you are not only expected to execute, but to constantly challenge status quo, think outside the box and take full ownership of your work.What You'll Do?Employee data and records management by managing Workday for Brazil and Mexico, ensuring employees have access to relevant information.Onboarding & Offboarding operations management.Payroll and benefits administration in partnership with internal and external providers.Process improvement, innovation, and HR Tech collaboration and support for internal and external stakeholders (HRBPs, recruitment, rewards, managers).Contribute to projects, ideas and participate in local and global projects to shape Adyen's growth.Who You Are?Understanding of Brazil labor laws and experience in payroll processing, especially time-off & absence in Brazil.HRIS Knowledge: Familiarity with Google-suite and experience with Workday is a plus.Create Exceptional Employee Experience.Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend new approaches and policy changes for global and customized solutions.Be the first point-of-contact for employees in a proactive and collaborative approach.Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
