This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, advisory services, employee relations, and policy implementation.AccountabilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviews and hiring decisions.Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new employees are well-integrated into the company.Employee Relations:Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.Foster a positive working environment through communication and engagement initiatives.Interpret and administer union agreements, ensuring that HR policies and practices comply with union agreements, negotiating changes where necessary.Collaborate with union representatives to address labor disputes, grievances, and other employee concerns in line with the collective bargaining agreement.Assist in collective bargaining negotiations, ensuring that company policies align with union demands while protecting company interests.Payroll and Benefits Administration:Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment.Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, pensions, and leave policies.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to improve employee skills.Monitor and evaluate the success of training initiatives.Performance Management:Develop and implement performance review systems.Work with managers to set employee goals and assess their performance.Compliance and Legal:Ensure the company complies with Brazilian labor laws, union agreements, and international standards.Collaborate with legal teams to ensure that union agreements and labor laws are properly interpreted and applied.
