We are seeking for an HR Manager (South) to oversee human resources functions within the manufacturing plant and South (Laguna) office. Responsibilities will span various areas, including employee relations, compliance, talent management, and organizational development.
Main Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between management and the labor force.
Oversee workers and equipment on the production floor.
Contribute to production strategy decisions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Talent Management:
Support the HR Head in designing, planning, and implementing human resources programs for the plant and South office/s.
Provide support in managing hiring, training, and development of employees.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Assist in salary planning and performance management.
Compliance and Policies:
Administer corporate policies related to compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with standard manufacturing practices.
Ensure health and safety programs are followed.
Continuous Improvement:
Assist in implementing effective training and development initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement efforts within the plant.
Foster accountability among employees.
Organizational Development:
Implement overall HR strategy in pastoral care and values development.
Support and assist in implementing organizational development initiatives and interventions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to manage subordinate staff and meet project goals within approved budgets.
Good background in talent and organizational development.
Experience in supporting managers in dealing with people and team issues.
