**Job description**
- The HR will be responsible to be the bridge between the Headquarter and Brazil's operation;
- He will help the company to start the HR area in Brazil from scratch: explain Brazilian Labor Law and Brazilian employment costs to the headquarters, structure departments, conduct hiring process, compensation and benefits and other;
- Understand the Global Culture and implement programs in Brazil to build and maintain a strong culture;
- He will be responsible for manage payroll with the outsourcing;
- Create good channels of communication to engage employees and provide a great employment experience retaining talents.

**Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences**
- People and results oriented;
- Good communication;
- Manage and build local team;
- Fluent English;
- Graduated in Psychology, Administration and related areas.
