Influx seeks to hire an experienced executive to lead our Human Resources team in Jamaica.
This is a remote position (you will be working from home), reporting to our HR Director.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage employee life cycle processes from attraction and acquisition of talents to onboarding, capability and career development through to exit and separation
- Contribute to a high-standard performance management systems that provide employees with clear structures and pathways, aligned with compensation
- Making sure recruitment happens at high standards
- Participate in decision-making as a member of the leadership team
**What We're Looking for**
- Three years of experience managing a team
- Experience making high-quality decisions involving people and organizational structures
- Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proactive personality with positive influence to the people
- Familiarity with the service industry
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
