**About the Job**:
As a HR Manager, you will play a vital role in setting, driving and executing the global HR strategic agenda in line with Company's strategic goals and priorities on a country level. Working with the Global Leadership team to manage the Organizational and Business needs in the country. Working on longer term as well as daily tactical items to support the Strategy execution and business success. Act as a HR Business Partner for the Country leadership team and business clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establishing a country HR action plan to contribute to business and financial objectives
- Providing support and advisory to business leaders to help them driving growth and profitability
- Managing all the key HR processes across the employee lifecycle: Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement
- Playing a key role to attract, retain and develop the talents across the country
- Supporting and coaching the line managers to increase their team's engagement
- Responsible for HR planning, headcount control, right/downsizing
- Implementing the Group or BA HR policies and practices across the country
- Supporting the Merge & Integration Projects and Integration as the HR expert in the country
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in either a domestic or international HR Operations role of mínimally 8 years.
- Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
- Commercial acumen coupled with data driven mindset
- Confident with use of HR Systems and/or advanced use of Excel
- Planning & Organizing skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Team player and ability to work in a matrix structure
- Good level of proficiency in English
