How will you make a difference?
As a member of the HR Team, you will be responsible for supporting all the HR Ops process and team in Latam
- Consistent support on employees development;
- Possibility to create and support organization changes;
- Capacity to work with multifunctional teams that will enhance the HR perspective

What will your typical day look like?
- Intense, with lots of topics to be discussed and problems to be solve;
- Create environment to be supportive
- Regular meeting with Corporate team in Brazil and USA
- Capacity to support global projects inside HR.
- Collect mandatory signatures from each unit/site (legal requirement);
- Inclusion/Exclusion of Benefits
- Purchase Processes and Monthly Payments Payroll - checking, file generation and sending for payment at the bank
- Vacations - conference, file generation and sending for payment at the bank
- Support employee with any HR/DP Operations issues;
- Ratification in the Union (legal requirement); Consolidate documentation of labor processes (legal requirement);
- Attend and prepare documentation for all inspections by public bodies (Federal Revenue, Ministry of Labor)
