ABOUT THE POSITIONAs an
HR Operations Analyst
at TKWW, you will support HR processes across Latin America. Reporting to the People Director for LATAM, you will ensure compliance with local laws, assist with employee relations, and manage day-to-day HR operations. This role focuses on benefits administration, onboarding, employee engagement, HR policies and labor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHR Support
: Provide HR support across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.Payroll & Benefits
: Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and other compensation processes.Onboarding
: Manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all documentation is in order and new hires are set up in our systems.Employee Relations
: Offer guidance on HR policies and support employee inquiries.Compliance
: Ensure our HR processes comply with local employment laws.HR Data Management
: Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR system updates.
WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience
in a Human Resources-related field, with a strong focus on regional HR support.Proficiency in
Portuguese (Brazilian)
, with a good level of
English and Spanish
.Understanding of employment laws in Brazil and Mexico or Colombia.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a
proactive approach
to HR challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
influence
and guide diverse teams.Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to execute HR processes accurately and on time.A track record of supporting regional HR operations in a
multi-country context
