Job Description Summary This position will manage the daily human resources operations, handling employee inquiries, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. For this position, you must have a high sense of organization to work with policies and procedures, as well as suggest new improvements based on market practices. Main Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operations of the People Team. Ensure a good employee experience on onboarding and offboarding procedures Analyze data and generate reports to assess workforce trends and identify areas for improvement Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits, policies, and other HR-related matters Implement HR strategies to support company growth and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field; Previous experience in HR operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using HR software applications; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion; Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and initiatives; English: Intermediate level; Office Package: Intermediate level (advanced will be a plus)
