HR Recruitment & Development CoordinatorCompany wide Human Resources issues and administration with regards to training. Administratively very demanding to ensure accurate information is correct and updates due to legal nature of the department. The job demands a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)HR Degree or Diploma would be an advantageKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS HR Operations Ensure accurate and timeous reporting of Skills Development report as per legislationEnsure supervisors and managers always use consistent and fair process when dealing with staff matters relating to trainingEnsure HR documentation and information is accurate and up to date at all timesEnsure that monthly reports are updated by no later than the 7th of each monthFacilitate the two-way flow of communication by disseminating information from management to staff and vice versa, where possibleAssist management with any training related problemsAssist with Recruitment when required.BBBEE Manage the collation of required information for annual BBBEE certificationEnsure accurate reporting and maintenance of the BBBEE DatabaseManage Social Responsibility contributions.LMS Assign relevant employees to training initiativesProvide reporting as required.SDF Function as registered Company SDFAnnual Submission of WSP/ATR reportsApplication and maintenance of Mandatory and Discretionary Grant funding.Training & Development Establish annual Training Needs Analysis through the annual evaluation procedureIn consultation with the HR Manager and Management, conduct and maintain a skills audit database to determine critical staffing plans and to assist with succession planningIn consultation with the HR Manager, develop and implement specific in-house courses on an ad-hoc basis in line with the training requirementsAssist with career development plansDesign and Development of Training Material where requiredEnsure that learnerships/internship/work integrated learning best practices are followed through to completionEnsure training is carried out according to procedure and the Skills Dev legislationEnsure cost effective use of training fundsUpdate and maintain training databases on SAGE300 as and when training is requested and completedOrganise external and internal training courses on requestEnsure training registers are completed and filed after every training interventionEvaluate training courses and suppliers on a regular basisEnsure accurate and timeous reporting on reports as required.Graduate Training and Artisan Initiatives Monitoring of Training initiativesMonitoring of Portfolio of Evidence.Assist with the drafting and updating of Company Policies and Procedures when requiredEnsure that the handbook is updated and policies distributed and implemented when changes are made.Administration General typing and filing, such as general correspondence as and when requiredEnsure that the system and all files regarding your portfolio is accurate and up to date at all timesKnowledge, Qualifications & Experience Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)HR Degree or Diploma would be an added advantagePossession of a valid Code 8 / EB drivers licenseAt least 5 years HR experienceAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS WordKnowledge of HR Premier or VIP system essentialKnowledge of EE and SDF essentialWorking knowledge of current Labour LegislationAbility to reconcile for budgetary purposesSalary Processing experience would be an advantageKnowledge of BEE would be an advantageSkills Problem solving and decision making skillsCommunication and influencing skillsRelationship building and team leadership skillsNegotiation and selling skillsBehaviours Positive, pro-active, results-driven attitude, InnovativeHighly ethical and principle-drivenCommitted, dedicated, motivatedSelf-starter and follow-throughEnergy, drive, courage and tenacityRequired to work with minimum supervisionDiscretion, professionalism, confidentialityHighly organised, good administrative skillsApplicants must submit a comprehensive CV, with work-related references to ****** Closing date: 05 August 2024
