We are looking for our next HR Talent Management Coordinator to develop strategies throughout Toyota Latin America and Caribbean business, in a transforming landscape.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Apply Talent Management leadership practices and future workforce assessment in your approach to business requests
Provide training to leaders on the effective utilization of development tools such as job assignments, job rotations, assessments, development programs, training and coaching, and mentoring.
Recommend and develop strategies to mitigate talent gaps through proactive measures (retention risk heat map and critical role definition).
Implement a Talent Management life cycle through agile succession planning supported by future-proof role profiles.
Use AI and AI technologies to ensure a positive worker experience by proactively seeking input to resolve Talent Management requests.
Take ownership of continuous improvement of talent processes in line with vision and strategy, monitoring KPIs/SLAs and suggest mitigating actions.
Partner with the Business and Workforce Insights and Learning teams to meet talent needs across the Talent Management life cycle, delivering consistent expertise and an excellent worker experience.
Support the creation of Talent Management related knowledge articles/policies/processes and will maintain the Talent Management knowledge base to ensure it is up to date and future-proof.
Requisitos e qualificações
MUST-HAVE
Demonstrates experience in talent management and operations and processes (Leadership development, talent management life cycle, performance management)
Displays problem solving skills and the ability to drive solutions
Demonstrates the ability to identify and develop Talent Management improvements and enhancements
Demonstrates knowledge and experience in driving and initiating Talent Management leading practices, innovation and transformation projects
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
Master's/Bachelor's in HR Management/organization psychology and/or professional qualification
Language: Fluent English
DESIRABLE
Proven experience on Talent Management Processes
Experience in use of Talent Management IT tools (desirable Workday)
Experience in implementing new processes
