**Dear Applicants;**

We are Wagner International, a leading U.S. American Language Service Provider; We are currently looking to hire additional Vendor Managers to join our growing team.
We welcome translators and industry experts, purchasing managers, or interpreters who have experience in shortlisting suppliers and are excited to find new channels and track down talented future suppliers for Wagner Consulting.
You will be working in a team that we currently develop from scratch and will help us develop policies, guidelines and new ways to improve the human resources process at Wagner for Europe and occasionally in the U.S. or other places.
You will have close communication with Production Teams (in-house translators, in-house Project Managers and other teams who require additional suppliers) to be shortlisted or onboard.
**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit: translators, interpreters, DTP specialists, transcriptionists, voice-over artists and any other service a Language Service Suppliers as Wagner may need
- Define positions and roles as well as selection criteria
- Check the skills of suppliers and make sure they meet our requirements
- Screen and onboard suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and project details
- Execute contracting matters
- Liaise with production on a daily level about requirements
- Conduct meetings with Production and QA to improve supplying processes
- Work on our partnership program and develop it further (additional information on our website)
- Work together with our Team Training and Instruction to invite suppliers to participate in training (paid and unpaid) to improve or maintain their skills
- Manager relationships and compliance of service with external service providers (accounting, tax advisors, insurance companies, etc.)
Profile
- _**Fluent in English**_;
- Previous work experience as a Translator, HR Manager, is an absolute must, including knowledge of our industry.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, (e.g.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Min Bachelor degree or similar
- Organized, team-player, accurate, friendly
- Excellent communicator
- Great interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, ability to work independently
