What You Will Do Design, implement and operate our hiring process that is consistent in all markets Deliver a best-in-class on-boarding experience Implement surveys, analyse the data and develop action plans to close gaps Rewards and Incentives:
leveraging current compensation and incentives plan, as well as benchmarking vs other companies and industries to ensure our schemes are fit for the future Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation;
anticipating legislation;
enforcing adherence to requirements;
advising management on needed actions. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. Own the plan and logistics of internal events. Implement performance review programs;
