**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrotechnical). Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety is desirable.
- Previous experience in managing HSE teams is essential.
- Previous involvement in developing Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Prevention Programs is necessary.
- Solid understanding of Regulatory Norms (NRs), particularly NR-10 for electrical safety, and safety-related NBR standards; knowledge of social security legislation.
- Strong understanding of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards—preferably as a lead auditor.
- Desirable: Previous experience in companies of similar size to ABB.
- Desirable: Certifications such as ISO 50001, 9001, and NFPA standards, especially NFPA 70E.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.
