DHL Supply Chain is looking for a dynamic HSE Senior Specialist to drive our HSE strategy and safeguard our workforce.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement global HSE strategies.
Set and enforce global HSE standards and practices.
Ensure compliance with international safety regulations.
Propose risk mitigation solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Manage global training, audits, and inspections.
Champion continuous HSE improvement for zero harm.
Conduct audits and inspections to meet HSE rules and standards.
Foster relationships with safety and ESG communities.
**What You Bring**:
Expertise in HSE laws, management systems, and workplace safety.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with mínimal oversight.
Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, and audit processes.
