This individual will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies and systems to enhance our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns. Hubspot certification as well as demonstrated success in designing and implementing marketing automation platforms will be required for this position.You will collaborate with the team to build automated marketing campaigns, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights based on a data-driven approach.Responsibilities:Design comprehensive marketing automation strategies that align with the business objectivesDevelop and configure advanced automation workflows to aid in marketing strategiesCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to integrate processesManage marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot and other marketing toolsOptimize HubSpot account to improve processes, automations, and data hygieneEvaluate HubSpot accounts for optimization opportunitiesCreate reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track client KPIs and HubSpot performanceBuild and manage email marketing approach from segmentation to executionMonitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Generate and present regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders.Evaluate and implement improvements to forms, email templates, landing pages and marketing automation programHandle end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and database managementStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation.To thrive in this role, you need to have an analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Qualifications:Technical experience with IT systems and marketing automation platforms, specifically HubspotAt least 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with significant experience in the SaaS industry, marketing operations and project managementHas strong foundation and proficient in marketing automation technologiesHigh level of expertise on the HubSpot platform (sales, service, marketing, CMS)Experience working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teamsHubspot certifications is highly preferredAdvanced database management and data visualization skillsStrong analytical skills and able to understand data on a statistical perspective translating it into actionable insightsSolid understanding of customer journey mapping and business processesGoal-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and reasoning skillsExcellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills and knows how to ask the right question and put that into systemHours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)Work Location: RemoteThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
